About your role
As the Corporate Services Workforce Officer, you'll provide dedicated workforce and recruitment support to senior managers across Bayside Health's Corporate Services portfolio.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate recruitment and establishment activities across Corporate Services.
- Partner with managers, candidates and Metro South recruitment teams.
- Provide guidance on recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate commencement activities and mandatory training requirements.
- Monitor recruitment timeframes, vacancies and workforce compliance.
- Prepare monthly dashboards and KPI reports for senior managers.
- Maintain accurate workforce records, databases and reporting systems.
- Support timely processing of payroll and HR documentation.
- Provide data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in selection processes and provide scribing support.
About you
You're an organised, proactive and people-focused workforce professional who enjoys helping managers navigate HR processes and ensuring things run smoothly.
You'll bring:
- Knowledge and experience of recruitment processes and frameworks.
- Strong workforce or human resources administration experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence providing advice and support to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency using technology to produce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to analyse workforce data and identify improvements.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong integrity, professionalism and commitment to quality.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs.
