Due to the continued growth of our client's Funds Management team, they are looking for a lawyer to join their Sydney office.

The team is regarded as one of Australia's leading practices and includes globally respected practitioners.

The team are regularly acknowledged as leaders in their field by independent legal directories.

Position Description

This is a superb chance for a driven and talented lawyer who wants to be part of an excellent team within a market-leading practice. You'll work closely with a wide range of clients including venture capital and private equity fund managers.

You will work on a diverse range of matters, including issues involving funds management, mergers and acquisitions and FIRB.

Requirements





You will be a lawyer with 2 to 4 years' PAE.

In addition, you will have:

- An ability to take ownership of a matter, whilst also working in a team environment.
- Interest in working on complex and challenging matters.
- A well-developed commercial awareness.
