We’re on the lookout for a proactive and analytical Transport Planner to join our operations team. This is a key role responsible for shaping forward planning across our transport network - ensuring we stay ahead of demand, optimise resources, and deliver for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control and manage medium-term planning across the network, adjusting for volume fluctuations, new contracts, and seasonal demand
- Use planning tools to develop operational plans for drivers and fleet aligned to business requirements
- Work closely with Operations, Account Management, and Business Development teams to align planning with customer needs
- Analyse transport data and performance trends to identify opportunities, risks, and required adjustments
- Provide reporting and insights to support informed decision-making across the business

About You:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a planning, logistics, or transport environment
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, forecasting)
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into practical operational plans




- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Understanding of WA driver compliance requirements, or willingness to learn
