About your opportunity
Fixed Term Temporary full-time, 6 months with possible extension not exceeding 2 years total duration

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $2457.60 to $2866.40 p.f. (AO2)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- All employees of the Mental Health Service Group (MHSG) may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
- Applied customer service experience relevant to the public health setting including demonstration of patience, understanding, confidentiality, and a positive, approachable, and helpful attitude.
- High level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels.
- Highly accurate utilisation of corporate/patient information systems and databases including Microsoft Office 365 suite. • Ability to follow workplace instructions and organisational standards to meet defined outcomes that contributes to organisational goals.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
