About the role

We are seeking a dependable and flexible Casual Support Chef to work approximately 10 hours per week. This role will provide support to the Catering team across a variety of corporate catering functions, assisting with food preparation, kitchen operations and service delivery as required. The role will provide the highest standard of food and service to meet client and firm expectations while keeping within set budgets and adhering to all workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.

About you

Ideally, you will have:

- Chef qualifications and experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Working knowledge of the Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
- A sound understanding of corporate boardroom etiquette and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational skills, a flexible approach with an ability to multitask
- A valid food hygiene certificate or HACCP training.
