We're seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Regional Manager to lead the implementation of our health, safety and wellbeing strategy across a diverse portfolio of contracts including healthcare, education, social housing and public infrastructure environments.

This is a highly influential leadership role responsible for partnering with operational leaders, driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Head of Zero Harm Operations, you will provide expert technical advice, lead investigations and coach leaders to deliver sustainable safety outcomes while managing a team of four Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Lead the implementation and delivery of regional health, safety and wellbeing strategies across multiple contracts.

- Provide expert WHS advice, coaching and support to operational leaders, contract managers and site teams.

- Lead complex incident investigations, audits, compliance activities and regulator interactions.

- Drive risk management initiatives, trend analysis and targeted improvement programs.

- Manage, mentoring and developing a team of four direct reports while promoting a strong safety culture.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, with Diploma-level WHS qualifications highly regarded.

- ICAM investigation experience and/or formal ICAM qualification is essential.

- Demonstrated experience in a regional or contract management level role, managing multiple contracts and geographically dispersed teams.

- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, incident investigation and compliance requirements.

- Experience in security, healthcare, facilities management, social housing, education or other high-risk operational environments will be highly regarded, particularly where occupational violence and aggression risks are present.
