We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our Clarkson team at The Tash Collective Studio.

We’re not just about creating beautiful hair — we’re about creating a salon environment where our team genuinely enjoys coming to work.

We believe you can have a successful career in hairdressing without sacrificing your work-life balance. Our Clarkson team works across a four-day week, giving you Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off every week.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’d love to meet a qualified Senior Stylist who is confident behind the chair and genuinely loves the hair industry.

You’ll be someone who:

• Holds a Certificate III in Hairdressing




• Is confident performing colour, cutting and styling services
• Has excellent consultation and customer service skills
• Takes pride in creating beautiful, high-quality work
• Is reliable, professional and organised
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Is open to learning and continuing to develop their skills
• Wants to work in a positive, supportive salon environment
• Is passionate about creating an amazing experience for every client
• Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply find another salon job

Extension experience is an advantage, but not essential — we’re happy to support the right stylist with further education and development.
