The Position

Reporting to the Head of Site Operations, the purpose of the Deputy General Manager is to provide strategic and operational leadership across site-based operations, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially effective delivery of services, strong client relationships, workforce performance and compliance with company, contractual and legislative obligations.

The Person

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in mining, resources, heavy industry, or similar operational environments, with significant senior leadership exposure.

- Demonstrated experience in managing site operations, maintenance, production, contractor performance and operational service delivery.

- Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing operational budgets, forecasts, cost controls and resource allocation.

- Proven ability to source, analyse, interpret, and communicate operational performance data, KPI metrics and business insights.

- Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary operational teams in complex, high-risk environments.

- Experience managing operational improvement initiatives, shutdowns, mobilisation planning,



and site performance optimisation.
