Role Description The Senior Contract Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurstville, NSW. This position oversees end-to-end contract administration for residential construction projects, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Daily tasks include coordinating procurement activities, monitoring contract performance, managing variations and progress claims, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. The role also involves analyzing project and cost data, preparing reports for management, and working closely with project managers to support timely, accurate documentation and risk management.



The Senior Contract Administrator serves as a key liaison for contract-related enquiries, helping maintain transparent communication and effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Contract Negotiation and Communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and resolve contract issues effectively.

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Contract Management capabilities to review terms, track obligations, and monitor project and cost performance.

- Candidates should possess Procurement experience, including sourcing, evaluating, and administering supplier and subcontractor agreements.

- Relevant experience in construction or property, ideally in contract administration or quantity surveying, with knowledge of Australian building standards and contract law.

- Proficiency in contract administration software and MS Office, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Hurstville, NSW, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple deadlines.

- Formal qualifications in Construction Management, Law, Business, Quantity Surveying, or a related field are highly regarded.
