Support Worker – Home Care

Location: Rosewood, QLD
Position: Casual (approx.40 hours per fortnight)
Remuneration: $41.57 – $46.20 per hour (incl. 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Benefits

Responsibilities

- Provide person‑centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences
- Assist with personal care (e.g., showering, dressing, grooming)
- Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
- Encourage independence, confidence and social connection
- Work closely with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent




- Experience working in home care or aged care
- A caring, respectful, client‑focused approach
- Robust communication and relationship‑building skills
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance and a National Police Check
