The Executive Director, Operations Branch reports to the Deputy Secretary of Family Safety Victoria and provides operational leadership of The Orange Door and Central Information Point. This role collaborates across the Department to advance Victoria's family violence reform priorities. You will lead a high performing workforce, govern service delivery, drive improvements, and represent the organisation in high level discussions with state government, service providers and other jurisdictions.
