Job Description

Provide architectural leadership to establish an

enterprise-wideAgent Orchestration and Management Control Tower . The role will define andguide the implementation of core capabilities that enable secure, scalable andgoverned delivery of AI/automation agents across a

federated operating model ,while providing a

single pane of glass

for visibility, control,assurance and intervention.

Key Accountabilities

Architecture & Strategy

Define the

target architecture, reference patterns and roadmap

for the AgentControl Tower, aligned to enterprise standards and mining operational riskexpectations.

Translateconceptual wiring into

implementable architecture

coveringplatforms, integrations, governance, and runtime controls.

Agent Lifecycle Governance

Architectand standardize agent

registration, approval, validation and policybinding .

Establish

permission‑baseddiscovery and cataloging

of agents and tools across business units.

Ensurelifecycle governance is embedded into federated delivery pipelines.

Orchestration & Control

Defineorchestration patterns to enable controlled agent invocation, tool accessand inter‑agent interaction.

Establishcontrol points (e.g. gateways/proxies, policies, contracts)



to enforceenterprise guardrails.

Coachteams, drive adoption of guardrails, and ensure architectural integrity atscale.
