MDHS is seeking a Director, School Business Operations to embed a coordinated, high-performance operating model that unlocks the full potential of MDHS’s qualified services and fosters seamless support across all schools. About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be working in a high-calibre team in a collegiate environment with the following responsibilities: Establish and lead a coordinated operating model,
building a cohesive network of School Managers aligned to MDHS strategy Redefine the interface between Schools, Faculty and Shared Services, ensuring integrated, end-to-end professional services Drive operational consistency, enhance stakeholder engagement and embed a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven innovation Enable distributed decision-making, building capability, accountability and adaptability across the School Operations network About you
We are seeking motivated professionals with: Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-site or distributed operational environments, ideally in higher education, health or research sectors Exceptional ability to unify dispersed teams, drive collective accountability, and foster high standards Sophisticated interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills, with a proven record of influencing outcomes and navigating ambiguity
