Job Description About the role We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join the team at Namoi Physiotherapy in Gunnedah, NSW. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients whilst being part of a supportive and professional healthcare team. Option available for full-time work if candidate is happy to travel across our multiple locations. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and treatment services to patients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, and improving their mobility and quality of life. This position offers flexibility and the chance to work in a community-focused environment where your clinical expertise and patient-centred approach will be highly valued. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to diagnose movement disorders and develop individualised treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programmes Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes Provide education and advice to patients regarding their conditions, injury prevention, and self-management strategies Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with relevant healthcare regulations Communicate effectively with patients, carers,
and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Participate in professional development and stay current with best practice in physiotherapy Support the smooth operation of the clinic by maintaining equipment and adhering to health and safety standards What we're looking for Current registration with Physiotherapy Australia and/or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution New Graduates welcome to apply. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills with the ability to work autonomously. New graduates will be mentored by a senior physiotherapist. Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care Knowledge of contemporary physiotherapy practice and evidence-based treatment approaches Professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Sound organisational and time management skills.
