We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our Charlestown Square Concept Store in Charlestown, NSW on a CASUAL basis. Please note this is in the Newcastle / Maitland region – not in close proximity to Sydney.

Responsibilities

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Qualifications

- Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Passion for sport and ability to thrive in a team setting
- Legal right to work in Australia is required
