Responsibilities

- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
- Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
- Strong coaching/training skills.




- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Competent IT skills.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
