Role: Early Childhood Teacher

Location: South-East Queensland Region, QLD – All centres are located within the South-East Queensland regional area in QLD

Salary Range: Early Childhood Teachers - ranging from $47.61 to $71.79 per hour + Superannuation (depending on qualifications and experience)

Employment Type: Full time Permanent

As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families so that each child feels a strong sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Your passion for teaching will guide educational practices in your room and contribute to the broader centre leadership team in developing, reviewing, and implementing high-quality early learning programs.

You’ll Need

- Teacher – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current Teachers Registration
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
- Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement




- Share best practice examples to improve the education program
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
