Responsibilities

- Work full time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for customers.
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets by selling the whole holiday, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.
- Assist customers with travel related questions such as visas, timing, packing, dining, and more.
- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you receive a percentage of every sale.

Qualifications

- Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a passion for travel recommendations.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage calendar, respond promptly to phone calls and emails.
- Determined to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‑pressure environment.
- Enthusiastic, warm, and engaging to build customer relationships.




- Proficient with computers, comfortable toggling between complex systems for flight and package options.
