Change Manager - Data

Our client is a large, well-known not-for-profit healthcare provider two years into a board‑funded, multi‑year data transformation, now moving from a legacy on‑premise environment onto a modern cloud data platform. As the program matures, they are growing the data change function; this is a newly created role working alongside a Senior Change Manager to help the organisation get real value from its data investment.

Fixed Term Contract – 12 months (view to extend). Richmond (Site travel required). Hybrid conditions – 3 days on site. Paying up to $160,000 including Super.

About the role

- Provide hands‑on change support across a range of data program deliverables – change impact assessments, stakeholder discussions, needs analysis, dashboard rollouts and user support.
- Help end users – including senior clinical and operational stakeholders – actually understand and interpret new dashboards, not just click through them.
- Drive adoption of new data products, reporting tools, and governance practices.
- Work with project teams to prepare stakeholders for change, reinforce new behaviours.
- Track and report adoption measures and feedback.
- Work across multiple concurrent data and digital related initiatives alongside the program's broader change team.
- Build genuine,



practical relationships with the people who will be using the data day to day – regular site visits working with clinical staff, for example.
- Get involved early, with support and mentoring from the Senior Change Manager as you build into the role.

About you

- Solid change management experience, ideally with some exposure to data, reporting, BI or analytics initiatives (not essential, but genuinely useful). Broader digital transformation experience essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills – comfortable running a room and comfortable one‑on‑one.
- Organised, and equally comfortable maintaining structured documentation (change registers, impact assessments) as you are facilitating a workshop.
- Curious about data and keen to build a career in this space – sector background matters far less than genuine data curiosity and strong change fundamentals.
- A team player who is happy to be hands‑on and close to the detail, working within a broader program.
