About the Role

We are looking for a part‑time Skincare Specialist to work at our Chadstone store.

Responsibilities

As a Skincare Specialist, you are a key team member who inspires and helps our customers become the best version of themselves. You are encouraged to explore, create emotional connections, and help customers discover our amazing Skincare Selection.

You’ll enjoy educating clients about skin care routines, treatment options, and preventive measures. You’ll observe new products and skin trends and apply your knowledge to assist customers.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

- Previous sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Previous experience in skincare/skin services is highly preferred.
- Previous leadership experience is favourable to support other team members as a specialist.
- Certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable).
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to react to situations in‑the‑moment and stay aware of changing store priorities.
- Passion, confidence, and an inspirational style.
