The Roles
As Centre Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing compliance, quality improvement, staffing, budgeting and service performance while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
Working alongside the Director, you'll play an integral leadership role supporting educators, coordinating daily operations, driving quality practice and stepping into the Director role when required.
Together,
you'll create a collaborative leadership team focused on continuous improvement and delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families and educators.
We're Looking For Leaders Who
- Are passionate about creating exceptional outcomes for children.
- Inspire and mentor educators to be their best.
- Build strong relationships with families, schools and the community.
- Have sound knowledge of the MTOP and Child Safe Standards.
- Value collaboration, continuous improvement and positive workplace culture.
- Bring experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or School Age Care.
- MYOB knowledge, or willing to obtain
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification.
- Current WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR
- RRHAN
- Foundation of Child Safety Training
