About the Role

Join our values‑driven team as a Casual Disability Support Worker, supporting participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs in Toowoomba and Gatton region.

Responsibilities

- Provide respectful personal care and daily living support.
- Build trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support.
- Accurately document and communicate with the wider support team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Caring and compassionate approach to supporting people with disability.
- Reliability and dependable presence for participants.
- Comfortable working a variety of shifts including weekends.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgement and ability to maintain qualified boundaries.
- Minimum qualification: Certificate Level3 (desirable).

Pre‑Employment Requirements





- Evidence of working rights within Australia (passport or birth certificate).
- Current valid Driver’s Licence and an insured, registered vehicle.
- Police Records Check.
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online certificate.
