We are partnering with a heavyweight Australian law firm known for its dominance in the corporate landscape. They are seeking a dynamic Corporate lawyer to join their powerhouse practice in Sydney and benefit from direct, day‑to‑day access to three prominent Partners who are at the forefront of the industry.

The Opportunity

You will be acting for an elite client base including top‑tier corporations and major financial sponsors. Your work will involve complex and interesting mandates currently in the market including Public M&A;, Private Capital & Equity, and Regulatory Advisory.

This is not a “seat‑filler” role. You will be actively involved in strategy and execution, working closely with Partners who are committed to your professional development and mentorship.
