Key Responsibilities

- Engage customers via phone, email, and live chat to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and attentive listening.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure coverage is correct and identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
- Assist with policy amendments, renewals, and claims, guiding customers through the process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors for optimal customer guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging tone.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and quick thinking.




- Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and policies is highly desirable but not essential.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
