About You

- Estimating experience in civil construction or infrastructure (Senior: 7+ years).
- Confident reviewing drawings, contracts and technical specs.
- Accurate cost estimates, rate build-ups and tender documents.
- Comfortable working with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay steady during tight tender deadlines.
- Familiar with estimating software (e.g., CostX, Benchmark, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).
- A practical, down-to-earth approach and resilience when things get busy.

About the Role





- Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil projects across Sydney.
- Review plans, identify risks and flag any gaps early.
- Source and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Work closely with project teams through bid stages.
- Contribute ideas to improve accuracy, efficiency and tender success.
- Assist with post-tender reviews and cost tracking when required.
