You will coach managers on ER/IR issues, deliver leadership training, and ensure policy and industrial instrument compliance.

This 12-month fixed-term role offers opportunities to extend or convert based on business needs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in generalist HR, robust communication, stakeholder engagement
