Health Concierge - Clinical Senior Scheduling Coordinator

The Health Concierge – Clinical Team delivers personalized triaging, prioritisation, clinical referral review, escalations, and scheduling across multiple care programmes. The function matches the right resource to the right need at the right time, delivering the best outcomes.

Senior Clinical Scheduler – permanent full-time role based out of our Parramatta office in Sydney , with flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

Day to day

- Team management and delegation
- Manage client interactions and field enquiries
- Customer service and stakeholder management
- Optimise clinical schedules for efficiency and productivity
- Manage allied health and nursing services
- Coordinate third‑party services as required
- Conduct formal and informal team member check‑ins

Your experience

- Experience in a phone‑based customer service or sales role
- Experience in scheduling and rostering environments
- Solid understanding of aged care and hospital substitution funding models and guidelines
- Solid communication skills, building rapport and engaging stakeholders effectively
- Adaptable,



solution‑focused with tenacity to overcome challenges
- Proven team leadership, interpersonal relationship management, and junior staff training
- Champion of positive team culture and team‑building initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
