HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

With your exceptional ability to develop and drive stock accuracy and integrity. You will be instrumental in:

- Drives optimum team management and people development.
- Communicates and motivates the boutique team around the strategy and vision of company.
- Management of performance analysis, review of competencies and environment and defines dynamic annual action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Supervises the boutique back office and administration
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- 1-3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality or service-related roles
- Strong leadership and organization skills, communication skills and detail orientation

- Excellent time management skills and ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment
