MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a relationship-focused professional to join our Investor Relations & Corporate Markets team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting listed companies, shareholder services, issuer services, corporate governance or broader financial markets who enjoys building client relationships while coordinating the delivery of exceptional service. You don't need end-to-end Investor Relations experience. We're looking for someone with an interest in Investor Relations who is commercially aware, highly organised and enjoys balancing relationship management with the coordination and administration that underpins great client outcomes.

About the Role

You'll manage a portfolio of listed company and financial markets clients, acting as their trusted day‑day contact while coordinating investor relations and shareholder engagement activities.

Working closely with Company Secretaries, Investor Relations teams and senior stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships,



coordinate client deliverables and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of listed company clients.
- Act as the primary contact for investor relations and shareholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate investor communications, shareholder engagement initiatives and AGM‑related activities.
- Lead client meetings and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
- Support account planning, service reviews and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
- Manage client enquiries, reporting and service coordination.

About You

You're a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with clients and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

You may currently work in:

- Investor Relations
- Share Registry or Issuer Services
- Corporate Governance
- Client Relationship or Account Management
- Financial Services Operations
- Listed Company Administration

You'll also bring:

- Experience managing client relationships within financial services
- An interest in Investor Relations and listed company environments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
