Your new role

As a Psychologist specialising in Critical Incident Response, you will provide immediate support to workplaces experiencing traumatic or challenging events. You will:

- Deliver onsite and remote psychological first aid after critical incidents
- Provide individual and group support, stabilisation and psychoeducation
- Support managers and leaders in responding to workplace incidents
- Participate in the after‑hours mobilisation roster (two out of every three weeks)
- Attend client sites across Perth and regional WA, sometimes at short notice
- Build strong relationships with client organisations and communicate clearly during high‑pressure events
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and follow‑up support
- Provide EAP counselling, wellbeing services and assessments when working from the office (secondary to CIR duties)

About You

- Registered Psychologist with full AHPRA registration
- Confident supporting clients experiencing trauma, distress or acute stress
- Comfortable with regular travel and attending workplaces onsite and responding at short notice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Current driver’s licence
