We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Agribusiness Manager / Senior Agri Analyst to join our Townsville team. You’ll work closely with the small local Townsville office in a high paced environment, supported by a larger Brisbane team.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse agribusiness financials and performance
- Manage day to day enquiries from our clients and provide them with excellent support & service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure efficient and quality debt advice and application processing, in a prompt timeframe
- Manage multiple applications in line with meeting SLA’s and customer expectations
- Collaborate with a small, motivated local team

To Be Successful





- Have an inquiring mind that wants to understand the customer’s needs and a deep desire to support the customers business.
- Approximately 2-4 years’ experience working within an Accounting or Agri Business Banking environment and a relevant degree
- Strong financial analysis skills (understanding of Financial Statements and Agribusiness experience)
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues with minimal supervision
