The Role

As a Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and lead engagements that go beyond compliance. You’ll focus heavily on business advisory work, from strategic structuring and forecasting to tax planning and growth strategies, while also managing a high-performing team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client portfolios across SMEs, family groups and private clients
- Lead delivery of management reporting, three-way forecasts and advisory projects
- Provide tax planning and structuring advice across CGT, GST, FBT and Division 7A
- Mentor and develop junior staff to build team capability
- Work alongside Partners on business development and growth initiatives

What You’ll Bring

- CA/CPA qualified with strong business services and advisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client portfolios




- Commercially minded with robust problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with Xero and other cloud-based platforms (preferred)
