About The Role

Full-time chance, based in Milsons Point. Step into a strategic Finance Manager - Allied Health role where your insight and influence directly shape performance and impact. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, you will translate financial data into clear, practical insights that support confident decision-making, stronger performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Act as the primary finance partner to Allied Health business units, delivering clear monthly reporting, performance analysis and actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, providing key driver analysis and variance commentary aligned to strategic priorities.
- Ensure accurate and timely month end and year end close, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and resolution of anomalies in D365.
- Provide financial input into strategic and operational decisions, including scenario modelling, business cases and investment proposals.
- Analyse revenue, cost drivers and resource allocation to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships,



strengthening financial capability across the business and partnering closely with the wider Finance team.
- Support compliance, audit requirements and regulatory obligations, while maintaining the integrity of the D365 general ledger and reporting structures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, processes and group wide finance projects.

About You

We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

Essential Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to health or non-profit organization highly desirable.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills. D365 highly regarded.
- Experience with NDIS financial management and reporting is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
