PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator

Goodstart is committed to laying the foundation for better lives through exceptional early learning experiences. Recognising that this mission relies on outstanding people, we are now seeking an experienced PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator to join a key SAP Readiness Project.

This critical project represents the starting block for a future SAP migration. Its initial phase is focused on identifying current system gaps, documenting manual processes and workarounds, and ultimately establishing a roadmap for SAP success.

Required Experience

- Proven experience in project coordination or PMO support, ideally within a large‑scale technology or ERP transformation.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive follow‑through.




- Exposure to SAP projects (S/4HANA highly desirable) or experience working within structured PMO environments (SAP Activate, PRINCE2, or PMP frameworks preferred).
- Current QLD Working with Children Check.
