About the Role
Reporting to the Board and Managing Directors, and working closely with the General Manager, you will:

- Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting and compliance.
- Provide insightful financial modelling and analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop, manage and deliver the annual financial plan and strategic forecasts.
- Ensure all business, regulatory and company secretarial obligations are met.
- Be a collaborative and strategic voice across teams, driving financial accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bring a hands-on, proactive leadership style to the financial management of the agency.

About You
We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who is both highly analytical and a proactive communicator. You will bring:

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field with a supporting CPA/CA qualification




- Proven experience operating in a senior financial leadership capacity
- Strong strategic financial management and reporting capabilities
- Experience working in a creative, branding or professional services environment is desirable
- A passion for working in a values-driven organisation
