This role will be involved day to day in all key aspects of DiDi ANZ operations:

1. Lead all key data and analytical streams for ANZ operations, and implement day to day data analytics from design to analysis and insights.
2. Monitor business performance and generate actionable insights to support the team in performing better.
3. Stay hands-on and drive excellence through problem solving and advisory.
4. Deliver strategic analysis – including in-depth ROI analysis, driver income analysis, pricing and city segmentation analysis, and user cohort analysis.

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

1. 1-3 years of business experience, ideally in Business Analytics/Data Scientist roles in technology firms, consulting firms, or startups.
2. Exceptional problem solving, analytical, written, and communication skills.
3. Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial attitude.
4.



Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders indirectly.
5. Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory; the position requires daily interaction with international stakeholders.
6. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and SQL is a must; Python is preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
7. Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematical Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
8. Relevant experience in a rapid-paced business environment is a plus.
