The role requires expertise in Workday solutions, guiding clients through various project phases, and engaging with technical teams for seamless integrations.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of Workday implementation experience, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, and robust communication skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also essential.
