About the Role

Lead the Used Car Sales Department at Denlo Volkswagen, a leading automotive brand in Western Sydney’s “Auto Alley”. You will drive customer experience, achieve sales targets, manage gross profit and expand sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Used Car Sales Department, setting and achieving budgeted volumes, gross profit and customer service benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team of Used Car Sales Consultants, fostering motivation and excellence.
- Drive sales strategy and build customer relationships within the used vehicle market.
- Actively coach and support the team, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Analyze and manage financial aspects of the business to support targets.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales and leadership within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the financial aspects of automotive sales.
- Team-first mentality with a strong work ethic.
- Pro‑active,



positive, and qualified approach to achieving sales objectives.
