The Beach House People | Casual Part-Time | Approx 15 hours per week

We are a small, local holiday property management business based in Inverloch. We’re passionate about providing skilled property management with a genuinely hands-on approach – looking after our owners’ homes and creating a great experience for every guest. We’re a small business having a real go, continually improving the way we do things and building a team of people who take pride in doing things properly. Everyone plays an important part, and we value reliability, professionalism and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

This is more than a traditional laundry role. It takes responsibility for preparing everything for property changeovers and keeping our linen operation organised and running efficiently.

The role includes:

- Washing, drying, ironing, folding and rolling linen

- Planning & prioritising linen requirements for upcoming booking

- Maintaining a clean and highly organised workspace

- Monitoring linen stock and quality





- Using our booking and planning systems

- Communicating with our housekeeping and operations team

- Overseeing and coordinating additional casual staff during busy periods

About you:

We are looking for people who are highly, organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for your own area. You’ll have good computer skills, strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

You don’t need previous laundry or accommodation experience – we’re looking for someone with the right attitude who is reliable, professional, able to plan ahead and confident working both independently and with a team.

This is a casual, seasonal position averaging approximately 15 hours per week. Applicants must be available to increase their hours during our busy summer period from December to February.
