About the Role

As the Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Centre, while leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, growing memberships and ensuring the centres consistently achieve and exceed business goals.

You will be passionate about creating an outstanding client experience while maintaining operational excellence and building a motivated team that loves coming to work.





About You

You are an energetic, motivated and commercially focused leader who enjoys working with people and leading successful teams.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous management or senior leadership experience.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A proven track record in retail sales, achieving sales targets and growing business performance.
- Strong experience driving retail sales, memberships and service revenue.
- The ability to lead a team to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and performance targets.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, positive and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Confidence making decisions and leading by example.
- An interest in health and wellness is highly desirable (although not essential).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of our wellness centre.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Drive retail sales, memberships and business growth.
- Monitor, manage and consistently achieve or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets.
