About The Role:

An opportunity is available for a 3–7 year PAE Commercial Lawyer with strong transactional experience to join the firm’s commercial team.
You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners across a range of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions and disposals, business sales, restructures, joint ventures, due diligence and commercial agreements.
The role offers quality work, direct client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of matters while working closely with senior lawyers and partners.

About You

- 3–7 years PAE in commercial law.




- Strong transactional experience, ideally including M&A;, business sales or corporate transactions.
- Confident drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing matters.
- A collaborative and professional approach.
