As HR Practitioner at H2H Digital, you will provide hands-on, practical HR support to small business clients – typically employers with fewer than 15 employees. The role has two connected parts. The first is delivering H2H Digital’s HR Foundational Programme, which establishes the core HR foundations every business needs: well-drafted employment contracts, a business- and industry-specific Code of Conduct, and a foundational Work Health and Safety policy. The second is supporting clients with ad-hoc HR projects and day-to-day HR needs – such as creating position descriptions, assisting with recruitment, drafting employment-related letters, and providing guidance through disciplinary matters. The programme is often the start of a client relationship, and delivering it well is what opens the door to this additional work.

This is a remote delivery role. You will work through H2H Digital’s documented systems, templates and processes, tailoring each deliverable to the client’s business,



industry and applicable up-to-date award coverage. You will be the client’s main point of contact throughout their engagement, so the ability to communicate warmly, clearly and confidently with business owners – many of whom have never had formal HR support – is essential.

You will be supported by an experienced Senior HR Advisor, who provides professional guidance, acts as your escalation point, and reviews higher-risk work before it is delivered to clients. You are not expected to resolve complex or contentious HR matters on your own; you are expected to recognise them and escalate promptly.

Engagements are scheduled around client bookings, so you will manage your own time and schedule with a high degree of autonomy. Reliability, self-management and clear communication about your availability are key to success in this role.
