Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining a consistent presence through regular client site visits
- Efficiently fill high volume client job orders.
- Create and manage employee rosters based on client requirements.
- Conduct client site visits on a regular basis.
- Ensure high-quality customer service through proactive client liaison and account management.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including on-boarding, performance management, and terminations.
- Address employee issues related to payroll and workplace health & safety (WHS) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and casual employees.
- Foster a positive rapport and collaborative work environment
- Perform necessary administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Experience in similar role or enviroment is highly desirable




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems
- Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team environment
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
