About the role:

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.



Working closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef, you'll help create a seamless experience for both our guests and staff, playing a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.

Responsibilities:

- Managing restaurant operations and Functions

- Providing skilled and friendly service to customers

- Engaging with patrons to gauge their satisfaction with food quality and service

- Developing menu offerings in collaboration with the kitchen team

- Monitoring inventory levels and keeping accurate records of financial transactions

- Ensuring compliance with venue regulations

- Recruiting, training, and directing front-of-house and kitchen personnel

- Working with the functions and events team

What we are looking for:

- Ability to work productively and professionally

- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and customers.

- A willingness to work in a team environment.

- Be willing to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

- You will need an Approved Manager Card

- Management experience is desired, but not essential.

- Minimum 3 years experience in same or similar role is desirable
