NDK Constructions is a growing South Australian construction company delivering projects across the aged care, insurance, commercial and residential sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter and/or Carpenter to join our team and play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects throughout Adelaide.

Responsibilities

- Undertake carpentry works (second fix, maintenance)

- Lead and supervise carpenters, subcontractors and other trades on site (if required)

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and site operations

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Read and interpret plans, scopes and project documentation

- Coordinate materials, labour and subcontractors

- Liaise professionally with clients, facility managers and residents

- Identify and resolve issues as they arise

- Maintain site records and communicate project progress to management

- Promote a positive and skilled site culture

About You





You are an experienced carpenter who enjoys leading others and takes pride in delivering quality work.

You will have:

- Trade qualification in Carpentry

- Strong all-round carpentry and building knowledge

- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong problem-solving ability

- High attention to detail

- Current driver's licence

- White Card

- Own tools
