Diploma Qualified Educator – Wool & Thimble Melville

We’re looking for an exceptional Diploma Qualified Educator to join our Wool & Thimble Melville team.

We are a beautiful, small, family-owned early learning centre with a long-standing team, strong relationships with our families and a reputation for providing a warm, supportive environment for both children and educators.

About you

You'll be someone who:

- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is working towards an approved qualification)

- Is enthusiastic, warm, energetic and engaging

- Has previous experience working in an early childhood environment

- Builds genuine relationships with children and families

- Can plan and deliver meaningful, engaging learning experiences

- Understands the EYLF and NQF and values high-quality practice

- Works collaboratively and contributes positively to a team

- Is reliable, professional and takes pride in what they do

- Wants to continue learning and developing professionally
