What We’re Looking For

We aren't looking for someone who just pushes buttons. We want a true operator who understands coffee from farm to cup.

- Proven Experience:



Demonstrated background working in fast-paced, high-volume cafe environments.

- Technical Mastery: Solid understanding of espresso extraction variables (grind adjustment, dose, yield, brew ratios) and how to dial in on the fly.

- Latte Art Proficiency: Consistent, clean, and quick latte art under pressure.

- Speed & Standards: Ability to keep the line moving fast without sacrificing drink quality, milk texture, or bench cleanliness.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work across our Lismore and Alstonville locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Dialling in espresso grinders daily and monitoring extraction variables throughout service.

- Pouring milk and espresso beverages to top-tier specialty standards at high speed.

- Managing alternative brew bars (batch brew, cold brew).

- Delivering authentic, warm customer interactions while maintaining flow.

- Maintaining a pristine, organized, and efficient workstation.
