- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support compliance with AML/CTF personnel due diligence obligations.
- Assist with regulatory enquiries, independent reviews and information requests relating to AML/CTF requirements.
- Support customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), risk assessments and escalation processes.
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of AML/CTF policies, procedures,

controls and risk assessment methodologies.
- Support AML/CTF training and awareness initiatives to build understanding of financial crime risks and compliance obligations across the firm.
- Contribute to the operation and optimisation of the First AML platform and associated processes.
- Support the Senior AML Consultant in coordinating workflow, training and quality assurance activities across the offshore AML Administration team.

About you

You'll be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working within a risk and compliance environment and is passionate about supporting robust governance outcomes.

In addition, you'll have:

- Previous experience and exposure within AML/CTF, compliance, risk management, client onboarding or a similar regulatory environment.
- An understanding of AML/CTF obligations, customer due diligence, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening, politically exposed persons (PEPs) and financial crime risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information, identify risks and make sound recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy across large volumes of information and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the firm.
