SAP SuccessFactors Administrator / Analyst

3-Month Contract | Melbourne | Hybrid – Onsite & WFH | ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator / Analyst to join a project team for an initial 3-month contract based in Melbourne. Offering flexibility across onsite and working from home, this is a hands-on role supporting testing, data preparation and training.

You will be a confident SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) user or administrator, who can quickly understand and adapt to an established, customised setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and run UAT testing sessions with business users and stakeholders
- Manage and track testing activities and issues using JIRA
- Undertake testing within SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Prepare, validate and cleanse data for migration into the SuccessFactors production environment
- Assist with identifying and resolving data and replication issues
- Assist with reporting and general SuccessFactors administration
- Work closely with project, HR,



functional and technical teams

Key skills:

- Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience – you don't need to be a consultant, but you must be a competent user who can quickly adapt to how the system has been configured
- Experience with UAT and JIRA
- SuccessFactors EC Story Reporting experience – ideally you have built Story Reports from scratch, although a competent user will also be considered
- Good data preparation, validation and analytical skills

This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and working across SuccessFactors, testing, data, reporting and HR processes, rather than a purely functional consulting role.
