We’re working with a highly regarded and growing local real estate agency who are looking to welcome a Property Manager to their established team in Dromana.
This is not your typical high-volume Property Management role. You’ll manage a local portfolio of approximately 140 properties, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your landlords and tenants while maintaining a high level of service.

The Role:

- Conducting routine inspections and managing outgoings
- Building solid,



long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Staying on top of compliance and portfolio requirements
- Providing exceptional service to your clients
- Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

About You
Whether you’re a Junior Property Manager ready for your next step or an experienced Senior PM, we want to hear from you.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine passion for delivering great client service
- Current Victorian Estate Agent's Representative registration
